Please read this Licence Agreement carefully. This is a contract. By installing this software you accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not accept these terms you may not install or run this software.

LICENCE: If you agree to these terms, Source the Course Limited. (“Source the Course”) grants you a non-exclusive licence to use the software (“Software”) and its documentation (“Documentation”) available as a down-load from the Source the Course website at www.sourcethecourse.co.uk (“Website” on and subject to these terms:

1. You may:
1.1 Use the Software on a single computer at a single stable site for the purposes of uploading information about the courses that you wish to advertise through Source the Course and the Source the Course Website;
1.2 Make one copy of the Software for back-up purposes only.

2. You must not:
2.1 Enter into this contract or download the Software until you have registered with Source the Course as a course provider and agreed to their standard terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt no course information submitted using the software shall be displayed on the Source the Course Website until you are registered as a provider.
2.2 Transfer the Software or Documentation to any person except if you erase or destroy, before or at the same time as the transfer, all and any copies of the Software in your possession or control and stored on any medium whatsoever and the person you have transferred to agrees to these Licence terms;
2.3 Use or copy the Software or Documentation other than as permitted by this Licence;
2.4 Modify, adapt, merge, translate, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software save as the applicable law provides otherwise;
2.5 Use, assign, rent, loan, charge or otherwise deal in the Software or Documentation or any part or interest therein or under this Licence except as expressly provided herein.

3.1 Licence in the Software sent to you shall pass to you at the time of accepting these terms and commencing download.
3.2 Unless terminated under this agreement, this Licence will last for as long as you use the Software.
3.3 This Licence will terminate automatically if you fail to abide by any of the terms.
3.4 When this Licence terminates you must destroy and erase the Software and Documentation and all and any copies in your possession or control and stored on any medium whatsoever.

4. Source the Course warrants only that:
4.1 The Software will perform substantially in accordance with the Documentation, if used properly and on the correct operating system however in the event that the Software fails you can continue to submit course details by fax or by email to Source the Course as per the provider agreement.
4.2 The Warranties set out above define in full the extent of Source the Course’s liability, warranties and your remedies and replace all warranties, conditions and other terms expressed or implied by statute or otherwise, all of which are now excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4.3 Save as provided in this Licence, Source the Course does not warrant that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error free or that errors can be corrected. You load and use the Software at your own risk and in no event will Source the Course be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind (except personal injury or death arising from the negligence of Source the Course) including lost profits or other consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the Software or from errors or deficiencies in it whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

5.1 If you are not the intended user of the Software, you take responsibility for any actions or omissions by any such user.
5.2 To the fullest extent permitted at law, we shall not be liable for any loss caused as a result of any action or inaction by you or by a user of the Software for whom you have undertaken responsibility.
